We all face different health challenges and the information out there is confusing, contradictory, and potentially harmful. Sometimes people just need a little boost to cut through the noise and get on the right track. Active people are especially prone to under-fueling and often feel tired, hungry, and frustrated that their hard work in the gym isn't paying off. 

I've created a KickStart coaching program to help you create a clearer path to health by recognizing your healthy lifestyle strengths, identifying areas where you can improve, and organizing a plan of action.  















FITNESS INSTRUCTORS! I love working with you. You are a special breed of athlete and therefore need to fuel yourself as such. I would really love to help you keep your energy up and continue to inspire the masses! 


I am here to help you make small tweaks to your life that you can sustain for the long-term. No crazy juice cleanses, I promise! KickStart includes two sessions where we discuss your health history, current health (exercise, food, sleep, stress, etc.) and health goals for the future.  Between the first and second session, you will keep a lifestyle log for 7-10 days. During the second session, we will review your log and come up with an action plan together. The whole process takes about 3-5 weeks. 

I am not promising that you will lose ten pounds or magically wake up with a six pack. The purpose of KickStart is to give you a sense of where you can make the most impactful improvements in your lifestyle and how to plan for long-term success. 

The program includes two sessions, email/text support, and the time it takes for me to review and analyze your lifestyle log. I am also happy to dig through my library to recommend books, articles, or websites that I think will be helpful. 

Some people are good to go after the initial assessment, but if you want or need more help, we can continue to meet for an hourly rate. The continued sessions can include personal or couple/small group training, trips to the grocery store, cooking demos, or whatever else you might need.

Before you read any further, let's get something straight. I don't believe in quick fixes, pills, cleanses, 30-day challenges, fad diets, the miracle of coconut oil, six-pack abs in six weeks, bars, shakes, powders, before/after photos, or zero-carb anything. 


I will not take away your carbs--but I will teach you how to use them properly to achieve your goals.
