From the early days of being a soccer-playing tomboy in Vermont, I have always had a passion for movement and helping others.
I am an ACSM and NASM Certified Personal Trainer, a former Les Mills National Trainer, Presenter, and Reebok-sponsored athlete, and an ACE Health Coach and ACE Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I have a B.A. in Health: Science, Society, and Policy from Brandeis University and an M.S. in International Health Policy & Management from the Heller School.
We all face challenges in our life and I've had a few - a broken pelvis from a car accident in Ecuador and a pulmonary embolism in Greece. I may not have the best luck with travel, but I am a survivor and a fighter. I'm also now a proud mom!
Along the way, I've learned a lot about how strong and resilient we are and how important it is to practice self-love.
We are all athletes and can all live better lives through movement. Since fitness has done so much for me, mentally, socially, and physically, it is my passion and purpose to share it with others.
