KickStart Health Coaching

In order to really see results, you have to make a lifestyle change! Managing exercise, nutrition, sleep, and stress are all important to becoming a healthier you. My health coaching programs begin with a FitLife Assessment, comprehensive intake assessment period including two sessions where we discuss your health history, current lifestyle and food, and goals for the future. After that, we work together to come up with a plan, a your FitLife Program, which can include in person sessions, phone sessions, email check-ins, or even trips to the grocery store and cooking demos!

Personal Fitness Training

I have limited availability to take on in-person training clients in the greater Boston area (currently at Brandeis University). My style is focused on functional and full-body movements, minimal equipment, and high intensity interval training to get you moving safely and efficiently. 

Fitness Instruction

I currently teach Les Mills CXWORX (elite), GRIT (advanced), BodyAttack (advanced), BodyPump (advanced), BodyFlow, and HIIT Boot Camps at the Reebok HQ and Brandeis University. If you are looking to take a class or need an instructor, let's talk!   

FitLife Workshops

I love working with groups of people who are looking to learn more about living a healthy lifestyle, and my speciality in this area is the college-age population. I have done residence hall workshops which included a short bootcamp style workout ending with a health chat and Q&A.
